Purple Patch Restaurant and Bar in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of Wasington, DC
I recently completed a pre-shoot interview and location-scouting visit at the Purple Patch Restaurant and Bar in Washington, DC’s Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. Amidst the surprisingly balanced chaos of what seems like hundred’s of tasks that must be completed before a rapidly approaching opening, I was able to grab a few off-the-cuff shots.

House crafted infusions and fresh juices for artistically mixed specialty cocktails—my favorite is the Fire Roasted Ruby Partida with fresh grapefruit juice and roasted jalepeño tequila that finishes with a delicious smoky kick.
I can hardly wait to taste the new American cuisine with a Filipino accent that the Purple Patch promises, but I should probably finish the shoot first. The restaurant will be opening very soon… for more info, visit the Purple Patch Restaurant on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/purplepatchdc, or follow them on Twitter at https://twitter.com/PurplePatchDC.
